  1. Kim Kardashian-West officially filed for divorce against her spouse, Kanye West on Friday, 19 February 2021. E! News reports that Kim has requested for joint legal and physical custody of their children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. The filling cites irreconcilable differences and a prenuptial agreement regarding their assets.
  2. According to a statement from Zinhle Mabena’s lawyer, Joshua Lazarus of Shapiro and Ledwaba Incorporated, the attempted murder case against her has been struck off the National Prosecuting Authority’s roll. It is alleged that Zinhle has been subject to a lot of intimidation and scrutiny by an individual known to her and who has been trying to damage her reputation and ethics.

Zinhle’s husband released a statement via his publicist, Priscilla Malinga, claiming that he has been physically abused by his wife. He also claims that at some point, he had to lay a complaint with the police and seek a restraining order against the Isibaya actress.

Kwaito music legend, Eugine Mthethwa held a theatrical one-man protest outside the Southern African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO) offices in Braamfontein last Thursday, to ask them to pay back monies owed to him. The CEO of SAMRO, Mark Rosin claimed that Mthethwa owes monies to SAMRO – and not the other way around.

5. Former Isidingo star, Soso Rungqu will be joining SABC1 soap opera Generations -The Legacy. She will be playing the role of a detective, Zanele Nyathi.

Litha Bam stars in international series by famed American director Ridley Scott titled ‘Raised By Wolves.’ The series was shot in Cape Town and is the biggest budget show ever to film in South Africa. It is streaming on Showmax. Aaron Guzikowski created the series and serves as executive producer.
